At breakfast, in friendly conversations, at work, next to tea... Such delicious, soft, mouth-watering donuts are the perfect accompaniment at any time of the day. Today, we present to you a wonderful olive pastry recipe. If you wish, the taste of this pastry, which you can try with different ingredients, will be on your palate!
Who doesn't love soft cotton buns? Here comes the hazelnut pastry with olives!
Materials
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of milk
1 teaspoon of water
2/3 tea glass of Avesafya Sunflower Oil
1.5 teaspoons of Sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet of instant yeast
8 – 9 teaspoons of flour
1 small bowl of sliced olives
(Optional) Sesame or black cumin
Preparation of
1. Separate the yolks of two eggs. Start mixing your egg white, milk, water, Avesafya Sunflower Oil, sugar, salt, instant yeast and flour together.
2. Knead the dough until it is a little softer and smoother than the earlobe.
3.When your kneading is complete, cover your dough with a damp cloth or lid and let it rest for 1 hour.
4. When your resting is complete, knead your dough again and remove its air. Then take your dough on a lightly floured surface and divide it into walnut-sized balls.
5. Open the meringues you have prepared slightly by pressing the edges with your hand. After placing the appropriate amount of olive slices in the middle of our dough, lift all the edges upwards and combine them at the middle point. After combining, gently roll your dough in your hand and place it on your tray on which you have greased paper.
6. After placing all of your pastries on the tray, leave them for another 15 minutes for the tray yeast.
7. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks that you have previously separated with a tablespoon of milk or yogurt. Then apply it on your pastries with the help of a brush.
8. If you wish, after sprinkling sesame or black cumin on your pastries, bake them in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 – 35 minutes.
